时间逆读法： 当分钟数小于且等于30分时： 表达为： 分钟数+ past + 点钟数
如：8:15 表达为：fifteen past eight
9:30 表达为：half past nine
当分钟数大于30分钟，表达为： （60-分钟数）+ to + (点钟数+ 1)
如：9:38 表达为：twenty-two to ten
